Wojciech G±siorowski has been professionally involved in the logistics market since 1994. He has gained his experience in renowned international and Polish companies. He used to hold top positions in Jahr Verlag, Makro Cash & Carry, FM Logistic, Odratrans and PEKAES.
Wojtek G±siorowski participated in logistics projects implemented for the benefit of numerous widely known companies (Auchan, Benckiser, Cadbury, Wedel, Carrefour, Danone, IKEA, Kellogs, Kodak, Tetley, Procter & Gamble, Wasa Barilla .). Wojtek graduated from the Warsaw School of Commerce (SGH), and he has gained his knowledge in the area of management, sales and HR in numerous courses and training programs (Krauthammer International, SHL.).
Wojtek specializes in filling managerial positions, with particular emphasis on the following sectors: logistics, transport, forwarding and retail trade.
He is the conceptual author and the driving force behind the annual event known as: Forum of Logistics Practitioners (Forum Praktyków Logistyki); he is also a member of the Pro-Logistyka Associatioon.

Monika Stegienko - Partner
Monika Stegienko is a specialist in Human Resources Management.
Monika has gained her experience in managing personnel at FM Logistic, Deloitte & Touche, Knauf Pack, Remondis.
Monika has run numerous projects relating to recruitment and training of management personnel, both in Polish and international companies.
Monika Stegienko graduated from the University of ŁódĽ and Post-Graduate School for Personnel Management (Wyższa Szkoła Zarz±dzania Personelem) in Warsaw. Monika has completed numerous courses and training programs in the area of HR , labor law and social psychology. Monika specializes in filling managerial positions in industry, distribution and administration.

Jerzy Klimek - Partner
Jerzy Klimek is graduated of University of Lodz, department of Foreign Trade, later gained his MBA from postgraduate studies at Hartford University in the USA.
His experience in the management of retail chains, and in the commercial sector of real estate
has been gained by working on the top management positions for such companies as: Makro Cash&Carry, Carrefour Polska, Ahold Polska, NOMI SA.
He also cooperated in several projects with investment funds like Enterprise Investors in Warsaw or 3i in London.
In the recent years Jerzy acted as management, and business consultant for the companies form the retail, real estate and production sectors in Poland, Ukraine, and Russia.
He participated in numerous management and business excellence courses in Poland, Great Britain, Holland, and Switzerland, as well as, in the prestigious International Marketing Management Course organized by Tufts University, Cambridge, USA.
Jerzy specializes in the recruitment of candidates for the management and executive level for companies from the following sectors: retail and wholesale, commercial real estate and production.

Marlena Bogucka-Consultant
Marlena Bogucka is graduated of Warsaw University with MA degree in Polish Philology. She also completed postgraduate studies in Human Resources Management at Warsaw School of Economics.
Marlena has experience in recruitment projects realization in top management positions using executive search method.
She has gained her experience at international recruitment companies, Hays Poland and Amrop.
